How does the quality control on Ecoservice products work?
1. We use only genuine empties, that - before reaching the remanufacturing department - are checked one by one, so as to immediately detect the presence of damaged parts. We discard the products that cannot be remanufactured to 100%. For the remanufacturing process we replace all worn parts with new components, purchased by the world's best suppliers.
2. We carry out a test print on 100% of remanufactured cartridges that have a printing unit (DIN 33870-1 / 2), so as to detect immediately any problems deriving from the remanufacturing process. Only the cartridges that exceed this test proceed to the next stage tests, otherwise they are returned to remanufacturing department to be checked again and, if necessary, discarded.
3. A sample of remanufactured cartridges - periodically - is subjected to an durability test (ISO 19592. ISO 19798, STMC). In its printer the cartridge is used until all the toner powder get to an end, in order to check whether the performance, print quality and the number of printable pages is confirmed, in accordance with the recommendations by the production company of the original (OEM).
4. We carry out an aesthetic control of the product. Before proceeding to the packing department, the remanufactured cartridges are controlled again - undergoing to inspection procedures - in order to verify that the aesthetic standards of the product are met.
5. We fit out the cartridges so as to ensure the maximum full functionality to delivery. The cartridges are enveloped in a horizontal position and protected by airbag, so as to minimize any accidental damage related to the shipment.
